Powering the car is the upgraded 4.2 litre FSI direct injection engine producing 372hp, the motor has been reworked to produce more power and at the same time reduce fuel consumption by 15 percent, also on offer is an 8- speed tiptronic gearbox and Quattro system with optional sport differential. German luxury car maker Audi today reported 12.22 per cent growth in sales for November and said it has surpassed the annual sales target for 2009 within the first 11 months of the year.
The company sold 101 units during November, against 90 units during the same month last year, it said in a statement.

Luxury car maker Audi India today reported 8.41 per cent increase in its sales in October at 116 units over the same period last year.
The company had sold 107 units in October, 2008, Audi India said in a statement.

When Audi first launched the A6 Avant-based Allroad, many saw it as an interim model, designed to tide the company over in the burgeoning SUV market until the arrival of its purpose-designed and much larger Q7.
Thanks to strong demand, though, Audi kept the Allroad in its range when the Q7 arrived, albeit with a price premium that made the latter the more attractive financial proposition.
